Ergo is Dubai’s disruptive dining experience, envisioned by bar legend Jimmy Barrat. Expect seriously dope cocktails, yes, but also a temperamental “borderless” Mediterranean cuisine, a knock-out your taste buds. Resolutely retro-urban, misfit-chic, Ergo is a feel-good den for people in the know and on the go.
